- Site-built home (a home that is built at its permanent and final location)
- Single-family detached dwelling

Q. What will I receive following my Free Wind Inspection?
A. A Uniform Mitigation Inspection Form to submit to my homeowner's insurance company for potential wind mitigation credits. A Hurricane Resistance Rating and Recommendations Report to give you information to make your home safe against the threat of a hurricane. And potential $5,000 matching gift for eligible homeowners to improve wind resistant features.
