Community Forum Help
Access - The Forum Topics List is available to the public. You must be logged in to view the message within the TOPIC or to use any other features of the FORUM. The topics and messages require a resident or system admin to be logged on.
Structure - There are TOPICS listed on the forum main page. Within a TOPICS there can be MESSAGES. Logged on users can reply to MESSAGES.
Only the SYSTEM admin is able to add/edit/delete TOPICS.
